Better known as Book SA (or Book dot coza) this is a site you cannot afford not visit if you are interested in the SA book scene. News of all local book-related events, chat between South African writers, feedback from publishers, an in-depth look at South African writers through their blogs, fantastic coverage of the Cape Town book fair, interesting writing initiatives ... there's little that goes on that Ben Williams, the site editor, and his able cohort Liesl Jobson don't pick up on and relay to book.co.za readers. One of those sites where you find yourself spending ages, and it's always time well spent! -
Facilitated by Anne Schuster, these Cape Town-based workshops use practical writing exercises, games, drawing, free writing and other lively techniques to create a non-threatening, spontaneous and productive space for writing. -
